CEO of Mathinvestments, Inc., Dr. Aleksey Vasenkov, has the 17+ years of successful experience of the long-term investments.  He also has significant experience in software development, scientific business development, and project management.  Dr. Vasenkov has received a Ph.D. degree in Physics and Mathematics from the Russian Academia of Science and an M.B.A. degree from D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University in Boston with a specialization in High Technology Management and Innovation Entrepreneurship. In 2013 he co-founded the small-business company Multi Scale Solutions, Inc.  which focused on the development and commercialization of artificial intelligence software for the discovery of solutions to complex life science problems. Dr. Vasenkov has built and led a cross-functional team of 4 members for that company.  In 2015 Dr. Vasenkov founded Sunergolab, Inc. with a mission to provide breakthrough solutions to enable the use of mesoscale predictive software in forward-thinking materials applications.  He has established partnership with Ansys, Honeywell and Raytheon, and relationships with GE Aviation for that company. Dr. Vasenkov authored/co-authored over 36 publications in peer-reviewed journals, 5 patent applications, 1 book chapter, and over 50 presentations at leading scientific conferences.
